REGISTRATION - I (For participants who will stay in congress venue Kremlin Palace Convention Center)

• The registration fees above include daily use of Kremlin Palace Convention Center during the scientific and social program of the congress. Included services are access to scientific activities, coffee breaks and lunches during the congress, congress bag, name badge, congress program, abstracts book and certificate of attendance and social events.
• 20% VAT will be added.

REGISTRATION - II (For participants who will not stay in congress venue Kremlin Palace Convention Center)

• The registration fees above include daily use of Kremlin Palace Convention Center during the scientific and social program of the congress. Included services are access to scientific activities, coffee breaks and lunches during the congress, congress bag, name badge, congress program, abstracts book and certificate of attendance and social events.

• 20 % VAT will be added.

Accommodation

• The accommodation fees above, all-inclusive concept and per night prices.

• All-inclusive concept includes access to open buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks and all kind of beverages in the hotel.
• 10 % VAT will be added.

The tax rate changes if announced by Republic of Türkiye and other official institutions will be applied on the fees.
